Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit revitalinnover.com, request a quote or use the assistant, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Quote requests and contact
- Which data
- The data you provide in the form or by email: full name, company or homeowners' association, email address, phone number, location of the works, type of work and property, material and approximate area, the description of the project and, if you attach them, photographs of the property.
- What for
- To handle your request, study your case, prepare the quote and communicate with you about it. We do not use it to send you advertising.
- Legal basis
- The application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- How long
- As long as necessary to handle your request. If no work is contracted, the data is deleted within a maximum of 12 months. If work is contracted, it is kept for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting).
The fields marked as required are necessary to be able to help you. Photographs are optional: before sending them, your browser reduces their size, and they reach our email together with the request; our server does not keep them. Please make sure they do not show people or data that are not needed to assess the job. If you provide another person's data (for example, the association's), you must have their authorisation.
Artificial intelligence assistant
- Which data
- The questions you type into the assistant and the replies generated.
- What for
- To answer your general questions about our services automatically.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in handling the queries you initiate (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- How long
- Revital Innover does not store conversations on its servers. The conversation is kept only in your browser while the tab is open (see the cookie policy).
Important: to generate the replies, your questions are sent to Google (Gemini API service). Under the free tier of the service, Google may use that content to improve its products, and it may be reviewed by people. That is why we ask you not to include personal data in the assistant. For a quote, use the form.
Technical data and security
To prevent abuse of the form and the assistant, the server stores an encrypted technical fingerprint derived from your IP address, which does not allow it to be identified directly, together with the number of submissions. It is deleted automatically after one hour (form) or one day (assistant). In addition, the hosting provider may log technical connection data, such as the IP address, for security and operational reasons.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its services (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Recipients and providers
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf:
- Hostinger International Ltd.: website hosting and technical delivery of the form submissions.
- Google: the email service where we receive requests and photographs (Gmail) and the generation of the assistant's replies (Gemini API).
If it were necessary to coordinate with other professionals a job you have contracted, only the data strictly necessary for that purpose would be shared.
International transfers
Some Google services may involve the processing of data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which provide appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to revitalinnover@gmail.com or by post to the address indicated. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, do not provide us with personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes in our services. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
