REVITAL is made up of professionals with a solid track record in construction and refurbishment. Our activity is integrated management: we study, plan and coordinate every project through specialised professionals and companies in each discipline, with a single point of contact from start to finish.

How we make it possible
REVITAL is not a construction company with its own machinery, vehicles and crews: it is a management and coordination company. For each job we select the most suitable specialised professionals and companies (roofs, façades, structures, specialised transport, lifting, asbestos, rope access, installations), organise them under a single schedule and supervise execution through to handover. This way we offer integrated solutions without you having to coordinate several suppliers.
How we work: five stages
Every project, whether the roof of an apartment block or the relocation of a production line, follows the same method. It is what allows us to give a clear quote and keep to the schedule.
Project survey and assessment
We visit the property or facility, assess its condition, the access and the real needs of the job, and give you an initial assessment.
Planning and technical proposal
We define the construction solution, the phases, the deadlines and the means required, and present a proposal with every item explained.
Coordination of resources and professionals
We select and coordinate the specialised professionals and companies of each discipline, the lifting and access equipment and the health and safety documentation.
Execution and follow-up
A project manager follows the works on site, monitors quality, safety and the schedule, and keeps you informed of every step.
Handover and completion
We review the result with you, hand over the final documentation and leave the maintenance or any further works planned.

REVITAL organises the phases, selects the companies and professionals involved and coordinates the means required, without claiming to own machinery, vehicles or lifting equipment.
