Industrial project management and coordination
At REVITAL we turn industrial needs into organised projects and concrete solutions. We analyse each job, plan its phases and coordinate the professionals, technical means and resources required to carry it out, with a single point of contact from initial planning through to completion.

What it includes
Assembly and structures
Coordination of the assembly of steel structures, industrial buildings, mezzanines, platforms and industrial elements, with the right professionals for each phase.
Machinery relocation and positioning
Planning and coordination of relocation, specialised transport and positioning of industrial machinery, organising the professionals and means required.
Roofs and façades of industrial buildings
Refurbishment, replacement and adaptation of industrial roofs and façades, tailoring each intervention to the needs of the facility.
Lifting and technical means
Coordination of lifting operations, auxiliary means and specialised technical equipment, planning the resources required to carry out each job.
Installation of equipment and production lines
Organisation of the positioning and fixing of equipment and complete lines, in coordination with the electrical and mechanical installers.
Adaptation of facilities
Renovations and adaptations of industrial buildings and plants for new processes: enclosures, floor slabs, access and work areas.
Phased planning
Schedule, shifts and zones agreed with production so that the activity does not stop.
A single point of contact
A manager who organises the specialised companies and professionals, handles the health and safety documentation and supervises execution.
What managing an industrial project means
An industrial project brings together work of different kinds: structure, roof, machinery, installations, lifting and transport. Each is carried out by a specialised company or professional, and the result depends on everyone working to the same schedule and the same criteria. That is REVITAL's role: to study the job, plan its phases and coordinate those involved, so that the client has a single point of contact and a complete view of the project.
REVITAL does not own machinery, transport vehicles or lifting equipment: the means each phase requires are contracted and coordinated with specialised companies, selected according to the job.
Machinery relocation, transport and positioning
Moving a machine within the same plant, between buildings or to new facilities means assessing weights, dimensions, centres of gravity, access, floor load capacity and lifting equipment. We plan the whole operation and coordinate the specialised transport and lifting companies, the dismantling and protection of the equipment, final levelling and positioning, and connection by the electrical and mechanical installers.
To prepare the proposal it helps a lot to receive photographs, drawings or data sheets of the machines, the planned route and the dates on which the plant can free up the area.
Assembly, structures, roofs and façades of industrial buildings
We coordinate the assembly of steel structures, mezzanines and working platforms, machine bases and equipment supports, as well as the installation of equipment and production lines. When the project includes the roof or cladding of the building, we integrate the industrial roof refurbishment or façade works into the same schedule, and if the current roof is fibre cement we coordinate its removal with RERA-registered companies.
How we organise each project
- Survey on site. We visit the facility, measure access points and manoeuvring areas and gather the needs of the production or maintenance manager.
- Phased planning. We define the schedule, shifts and zones so that the activity does not stop, and the technical means to be coordinated.
- Coordination. We organise the specialised companies and professionals, the health and safety documentation and the coordination of business activities with the plant.
- Supervised execution. A project manager follows the works, monitors quality, safety and the schedule, and hands over the final documentation.

FAQ
What information do you need to assess a machinery relocation?
Weight and dimensions of each machine (or its data sheet), photographs, the planned route, access points and doors, the condition of the floor and the dates on which the plant can free up the area. With that we prepare a proposal of means and schedule.
Can you work without stopping production?
In most cases, yes. We plan by phases, zones and shifts, including weekends or scheduled shutdowns, and agree it with the production manager before starting.
Do you also take care of the roof or cladding of the building?
Yes. Many industrial projects include renewing the roof, rooflights or cladding. We integrate it into the same project, with a single point of contact and one schedule.
Do you have your own crane trucks, transport or machinery?
No. REVITAL manages and coordinates each project: it studies the job, plans its phases and organises the involvement of specialised transport, lifting, assembly and installation companies, selected according to the work. The client thus has a single point of contact and complete planning.
Do you work with engineering firms or with the company's maintenance department?
With both. We join the project team, provide the planning and coordination of the construction and handling side, and manage the health and safety documentation and the coordination of business activities with the plant.
