Cookie policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Cookies are small files that some websites store in your browser. Here we explain which ones this site uses.

  1. In short
  2. The assistant's technical storage
  3. Third-party services
  4. How to manage cookies
  5. Changes

In short

This website only uses one first-party technical cookie, called lang, which stores the language you choose in the selector (Spanish, Catalan or English) for one year, so that the website is shown in that language on your next visits. It does not use third-party, analytics, advertising or social media cookies. The language cookie is strictly necessary to provide the service you request when choosing a language, so it does not require consent and we do not show you a banner to accept it.

The assistant's technical storage

If you use the assistant, your browser temporarily stores the conversation (session storage) so that it is not lost as you move around the page. This information:

  • Is stored only on your device under the name ri-chat; it is not sent to Revital Innover.
  • Is deleted automatically when you close the tab or the browser.
  • Is strictly necessary for the operation of the assistant you request, so it does not require consent.

Third-party services

Typefaces, images and the video are served from our own server, with no connections to third parties when the page loads. The links to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Maps only take you to those services if you click on them; from that moment their own cookie and privacy policies apply.

How to manage cookies

You can view, block or delete cookies and website data from your browser settings (for example, in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, under privacy or website data).

Changes

If in the future we add cookies that require your consent (for example, analytics cookies), we will update this policy and ask for your permission before installing them.
