Renovations and full refurbishment of buildings
We work on the common elements of residential, office and public buildings: roofs and façades, courtyards, installations and interior spaces that need adapting to a new use. When the works require it, we work with the project and site supervision provided by the owner, or we coordinate their appointment.
A full refurbishment usually combines several of our services: roofs, façades, asbestos removal and work at height. The advantage of doing it with a single point of contact is one schedule, one quote and one responsibility.
Industrial and commercial premises: construction and adaptation
We adapt industrial buildings and warehouses for new activities: enclosures, floor slabs, mezzanines, offices and service areas, access and loading bays. In retail and restaurant premises we carry out the civil works of the renovation in coordination with the technician who draws up the project and processes the activity licence.
Civil works and works on public roads
We carry out paving, pavements, small infrastructure and works in public spaces, with the signage, health and safety documentation and coordination with the town council that any work on the public road requires.
A single point of contact from start to finish
- We study the project with the owner or the authority and spot what is not on paper: access, affected utilities, the building's activity.
- We plan the solution with a phased schedule and a quote with every item explained.
- We coordinate the trades, subcontractors, machinery and lifting equipment.
- We supervise execution on site, with quality and safety control, and hand over the works documentation: works carried out, materials and, where applicable, waste management.
We also collaborate with other construction companies and developers as a specialised subcontractor for roofs, façades, asbestos and work at height.

FAQ
Do you carry out renovations of private homes?
We focus on homeowners' associations, companies, industry and public authorities. In detached houses we mainly work on roofs, façades, external elements and fibre cement removal.
Do you work with a design project and site supervision?
Yes. When the works require it, we work with the project and site supervision provided by the client, or we coordinate their appointment with the architects and engineers we collaborate with.
Can you work with another construction company as a subcontractor?
Yes. We collaborate with construction companies and developers as a specialised subcontractor for roofs, façades, asbestos removal, work at height and assembly, with our own coordination and health and safety documentation.
What documentation do you hand over at the end of the works?
Documentation of the works carried out and the materials used and, where applicable, of waste management (including asbestos). If the works have site supervision, the documentation is delivered according to its requirements.
